Controlled Vocabularies
Used to provide standard values for descriptive categories, etc.
Need to add discussion about:
- the EDR categories
- the google spreadsheets
- and the vdex files we're developing
Need to:
- invite participation from the whole markup list
- figure out how to handle this process so it doesn't get wildly out of control
